Team Backgrounds
The Team Backgrounds feature allows team admins to set specific backgrounds that all members of their team can access and use during video calls. These backgrounds can be anything - from branded office spaces to fun, team-themed images. They serve as a unified background for team members, promoting a consistent brand or team identity in video conferences.
First, log in to your VCam.ai Dashboard then navigate to the APP section on the sidebar then click on Team Backgrounds .
Click on the Add background button the select Upload an Image.
Select Choose file under Select an image.
Choose a file to upload the click Open. Supported file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, or .jfif up to 10 MB.
Click on Upload background to complete.
Click on the Add background button the select Upload a Video.
Choose a file to upload the click Open. Supported file types are .mp4 or .m4v up to 10 MB.
Informing Your Team: Once you've set up the team backgrounds, inform your team members. They can then access and select these backgrounds from their individual VCam.ai applications.
Hover over a background from the list, click ... then select Set as default background. This background will automatically be set as the default for all team members.
You can easily delete or replace backgrounds by hovering over them and clicking ... then selecting Delete background.
Consistency: Provides a consistent appearance in meetings, especially when engaging with clients or external stakeholders.

How to use Team Backgrounds
